معرفی ویژگی‌های ظاهری مرتبط با شیردهی در شترهای بومی کویر مرکزی ایران و شترهای پاکستانی

چکیده

استفاده از روش های ریاضی کارآمد می­تواند تا حد زیادی در گروه­بندی و تفکیک نژادی موثر باشد. پژوهش کنونی با هدف مقایسه ویژگی‌های ریخت­شناسی شترهای بومی کویر مرکزی ایران با شترهای شیری با منشأ پاکستانی با استفاده از روش  تحلیل مؤلّفه‌های اصلی انجام شد. به این منظور از 25 نفر شتر بومی کویر مرکزی ایران و 62 نفر شتر شیری با منشا پاکستان استفاده گردید. زیست‌‌سنجه‌های ارتفاع شانه، پهنای لگن، دور پستان و عمق پستان برای تشخیص نژادها مدنظر قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل مولفه اصلی (PCA) از بسته آماری ggfortify در محیطR  نسخه 3.5.3 استفاده گردید. همچنین برای مقایسه نمره ارزیابی تیپ شترها، از آزمون مقایسه میانگین نمونه‌های مستقل t-test با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که اندازه قد شترهای شیری پاکستانی نسبت به شترهای بومی بلندتر است (p<0.05). پهنای لگن، عمق و دور پستان در شترهای پاکستانی بزرگتر از شترهای بومی کویر مرکزی ایران بود (p < 0.05). میانگین نمره ارزیابی تیپ شترهای بومی ایران03/10 ± 12/57 و در شترهای با منشاء پاکستانی 31/12 ± 71/76  به­دست آمد (p<0.05). تحلیل مؤلّفه اصلی زیست­سنجه‌های بدنی نشان داد که شترهای بومی کویر مرکزی ایران و شترهای شیری با منشا پاکستانی در دو دسته جداگانه قرار دارندو امکان تشخیص و تمایز این دو اکوتیپ از یکدیگر از روی ویژگی‌های ظاهری آن‌ها وجود دارد.
