Therefore, 57400 data collected from 2001 to 2017 (15 generations) was used. Traits included body weight at hatch (BW1), the 8th (BW8) and 12th week (BW12), age and weight at sex maturity (ASM, WSM), the egg number (12 weeks of production) (EN), average egg weight (28th, 30th, 32th weeks of production) and the first egg weight (EW1). Data was edited by Foxpro and estimation of inbreeding coefficient was computed by CFC. The regression coefficient of inbreeding was fitted on generation by linear regression of Rsoftware. Impact of inbreeding on traits was investigated by quantile regression. The fixed effects in the models were sex, hatch number, generation and inbreeding depression was considered as covariate. Pedigree analysis showed that 79percent of population were inbred and average of individual inbreeding coefficient was %3. The slope trend of individual inbreeding was increased by 0.5 percent on generation. Exploring different trait quantile distributions, it was revealed that inbreeding depression had different impacts over range of its distribution in a way that a much pronounced effect was observed in extremes (25%, 75%).Quantile regression was not converged for BW1, ASM and EW1 and they were estimated by linear regression as 0.001, 0.053 and 0.063,respectively. According to quantile regression, the impact of inbreeding depression was not equal on different parts of traits' distribution, which give us a better insight of the effect of inbreeding.}, keywords = {quantile regression,inbreeding depression,Inbreeding Coefficient,Yazd native fowl}, title_fa = {برآورد افت ناشی از هم‌خونی برای صفات رشد و تولیدی در مرغ بومی با استفاده از روش تابعیت چندکی}, abstract_fa = {هدف، برآورد ضریب هم‌خونی و تأثیر آن بر صفات اقتصادی مرغ‌های بومی ایستگاه اصلاح‌نژادی یزد به روش تابعیت چندکی بود. بدین منظور داده‌های 57400 پرنده سال‌های 1380 تا 1396 (15 نسل) استفاده شد. صفات شامل وزن یکروزگی بدن، 8 و 12 هفتگی، سن و وزن بلوغ جنسی، تعداد تخم‌مرغ (12 هفتة اول تولید)، میانگین وزن تخم‌مرغ (هفته‌های 30،28، 32) و وزن اولین تخم‌مرغ بود. ویرایش داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار Foxpro انجام و ضریب هم‌خونی با CFC برآورد شد. ضریب تابعیت هم‌خونی بر نسل با برازش رگرسیون خطی نرم‌افزار R انجام گرفت. برای بررسی تاثیر هم‌خونی روی صفات از تابعیت چندکی استفاده گردید. متغیرهای ثابت مدل شامل جنس، نوبت جوجه‌درآوری و نسل بود. ضریب هم‌خونی در تمام مدل‌ها بصورت متغیر کمکی در نظر گرفته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل شجره نشان داد 79 درصد پرندگان ایستگاه هم‌خون و میانگین ضریب هم‌خونی جمعیت 3 درصد بود. روند تغییرات هم‌خونی با شیب 5/0 درصد در هر نسل افزایش یافت. تفاوت پسروی هم‌خونی در چندک‌های مختلف نشان داد هم‌خونی بر مقادیر مختلف توزیع مشاهدات صفات مختلف تاثیر دارد، بطوریکه در چارک‌های انتهایی (25 درصد و 75 درصد) توزیع صفت،کاهش تولید بیشتر است. برای صفات وزن بدن یکروزگی، سن بلوغ جنسی و وزن اولین تخم‌مرغ روش تابعیت چندکی به همگرایی نرسید و برآورد ضرایب تابعیت با رگرسیون خطی به ترتیب 1/0، 3/5، و 3/6 درصد بود. نتایج نشان داد که بر اساس تابعیت چندکی، اثرگذاری افزایش هم‌خونی بر قسمت‌های مختلف توزیع صفات یکسان نیست که دیدگاه بهتری از تاثیرات هم‌خونی بر صفات ارائه می‌نماید.}, keywords_fa = {رگرسیون کوانتایل,پسروی هم‌خونی,ضریب هم‌خونی,مرغ بومی یزد}, url = {https://bilj.asnrukh.ac.ir/article_168753.html}, eprint = {https://bilj.asnrukh.ac.ir/article_168753_8d14a32f11b7977695fadadd8229f20c.pdf} }
