Application of molecular markers to determine genetic variation between populations has been widely used in recent years. This study conducted to analyze genetic diversity using F statistics in populations of  Camelus dromedaries in north of Kerman using 8 autosomal microsatellite markers (YWLL08, VOLP03, VOLP08, YWLL38, CVR01, YWLL44, VOLP32 and VOLP67). Eighty-one blood samples were collected from Shahr-e Babak, Rafsanjan and Ravar. Total DNAs of the samples using salting out were extracted and applied for genotyping analysis. The result showed that the highest and the lowest allele number and effective alleles are shown in YWLL08 (21 and 14.9) and VOLP32 (4 and 3.11), respectively. Fixation index (FST) values for markers YWLL08, VOLP03, VOLP08, YWLL38, CVR01, YWLL44, VOLP32 and VOLP67 was obtained 0.036, 0.088, 0.080, 0.045, 0.054, 0.0698, 0.014 and 0.060, respectively. This result showed that differentiation is low between populations. The highest gene flow obtained between Shahr-e Babak population and Rafsanjan2 samples (15.83) and the lowest gene flow was observed between the two populations of Ravar (6.49). In general, it can be concluded that Camelus dromedarius in north of Kerman has approximately high genetic diversity and microsatellite markers have approximately high polymorphism and therefore can be used for genetic studies.}, keywords = {Genetic Differentiation,Microsatellite Marker,Kerman,Camelus Dromedarius and F}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی شترهای بومی شمال استان کرمان با استفاده از آماره های F}, abstract_fa = {تنوع زیستی یکی از عوامل مهم برای اصلاح گران حیوانات اهلی جهت حفظ این ذخایر ژنتیکی محسوب می شود. استفاده از نشانگرهای مولکولی در سال های اخیر جهت تعیین تنوع ژنتیکی بین جمعیت ها کاربرد گسترده ای یافته است. در این تحقیق به بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی با استفاده از آماره های F در جمعیت شترهای یک کوهانه شمال استان کرمان، با استفاده از 8 جفت نشانگر ریزماهواره ای اتوزومی (YWLL08، VOLP03، VOLP08، YWLL38، CVR01، YWLL44،  VOLP32و VOLP67) پرداخته شد. از سه شهرستان شهربابک، رفسنجان و راور تعداد 81 نمونه خون جمع آوری گردید. کل DNA نمونه ها با استفاده از روش نمکی بهینه شده استخراج و برای تعیین ژنوتیپ به کار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که جایگاه YWLL08 با 21 آلل و جایگاه VOLP32 با 4 آلل به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تعداد آلل واقعی و نیز این جایگاه ها با 9/14 و 11/3 آلل به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تعداد آلل مؤثر را نشان دادند. مقادیر شاخص تثبیت (FST) برای نشانگرهای YWLL08، VOLP03، VOLP08،YWLL38 ، CVR01، YWLL44،  VOLP32و VOLP67 به ترتیب 036/0، 088/0، 080/0، 045/0، 054/0، 069/0، 014/0 و 060/0 بدست آمد که نشان دهنده تمایز پایین بین جمعیت ها می باشد. بیشترین تعداد مهاجرت در جمعیت (NM)، بین جمعیت های شهربابک و رفسنجان 2 (83/15) و کمترین آن بین جمعیت های شمشیرآباد و صحرای جهاد (49/6)، می باشد. در مجموع می توان نتیجه گرفت که جمعیت شترهای یک کوهانه شمال استان کرمان از تنوع ژنتیکی قابل قبولی برخوردار هستند. همچنین نشانگرهای ریزماهواره مورد مطالعه در این جمعیت ها نیز از چند شکلی نسبتا بالایی برخوردار بوده و از آنها می توان در مطالعات ژنتیکی استفاده نمود.}, keywords_fa = {تمایز ژنتیکی,نشانگر ریزماهواره,کرمان,شتر یک کوهانه و آماره F}, url = {https://bilj.asnrukh.ac.ir/article_144024.html}, eprint = {https://bilj.asnrukh.ac.ir/article_144024_f5720c2c42f951f3738e9047d58a1ae6.pdf} }
